Web Development
Enterprise SaaS, B2B portals and business software — from discovery to production, with one team.
Technologies we use
What problems do we solve?
Turning an operation that runs on spreadsheets and email into a product managed from a single panel. Giving dealers who order by phone a self-service B2B portal. Migrating a ten-year-old internal system nobody dares to touch — piece by piece, onto modern infrastructure. Most of our web projects resemble one of these three sentences.
The common thread: the business process already exists, but the software can't keep up with it. We listen to the process and build the product around it — not the other way round.
What we build
- Enterprise SaaS products — multi-tenant architecture, role-based access, subscription and billing flows included.
- B2B portals and dealer systems — orders, balances, stock and price lists opened up to customers; two-way sync with your ERP.
- Internal systems and admin panels — the screens your operations team lives in every day; approval flows, reporting, audit trails.
- Legacy modernization — without stopping the running system: an API layer first, then screen-by-screen migration. We don't propose big-bang rewrites; nobody wants to pay for that risk.
How we work
- Discovery (1-2 weeks) — interviews with process owners, use cases, technical feasibility. Deliverables: scope document, architecture draft and a realistic timeline.
- Architecture and UI (1-3 weeks) — data model, system design, clickable prototype. You see what you're getting before code is written.
- Development (two-week cycles throughout) — working software on a test environment at the end of every cycle. You track progress in the product itself, not in slide decks.
- Launch and beyond — staging → production, monitoring and alerting, team training. Going live is a process, not a day; we stay close through the first weeks.
A small internal tool ships in 4-8 weeks; a mid-size product goes live in 3-6 months. We don't give dates before seeing the scope — and when we give one, it holds.
Frequently asked questions
How is pricing determined?
After the discovery call we put scope, timeline and cost in a written proposal. Well-bounded work is fixed-price; long-running product development runs on a monthly effort basis. No surprise line items — if scope changes, we talk first, then build.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, designs and documentation transfer with the project fee; the repository can live in your GitHub/GitLab account from day one. We're happy to start under an NDA.
Will it integrate with our existing systems?
Most projects need to talk to an ERP, accounting software or a custom internal system — we treat that as the default, not the exception. Discovery maps the integration points, and we validate the risky ones with early prototypes.
What happens after launch?
Continue with a maintenance agreement, or take the system over with your own team. On handover, documentation and training are on us; on maintenance, bug fixes, security updates and new features run on a monthly cadence.
Tell us what you need in a free 30-minute discovery call; we'll map the route together.
