Cloud & DevOps

Infrastructure, automated deployment and monitoring — so that shipping to production becomes a boring routine.

Challenges

What problems do we solve?

If going live is still one person SSH-ing into a server while everyone holds their breath; if nobody dares release on a Friday; if the cloud bill creeps up every month and nobody knows why — this page is for you. We automate deployment, manage infrastructure as code, and set up monitoring that tells you about problems before your customers do.

The measure of good DevOps is boredom: shipping three times a day without anyone noticing.

Scope

What we do

  • Infrastructure setup and migration

AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or cost-effective providers like Hetzner; chosen by need, not by brand. All of it as code, in Terraform.

  • CI/CD pipelines

From push to production: automated tests, builds, deployments, one-command rollback. Target: minutes, with no manual steps.

  • Monitoring and alerting

Logs, metrics and error tracking; when things slow down, you hear it before your customers. Tuned to avoid alert fatigue, so alerts actually get read.

  • Cost audits

Unused resources, wrong sizing, forgotten environments. Most setups yield 20-40% savings in the first pass; you get the report with the numbers.

  • Containerisation

Moving existing apps to Docker; Kubernetes when warranted, something simpler when not. We don't prescribe Kubernetes for every project — without a team to operate it, simplicity wins.

Process

How we work

  1. Assessment

    1 week

Current infrastructure, deployment process, risks and cost analysis. Deliverable: findings and a prioritised recommendation list.

  2. Design

Target architecture, automation plan and migration strategy; without stopping the running system.

  3. Implementation

    2-8 weeks

Infrastructure code, CI/CD, monitoring; every step validated on a test environment first.

  4. Handover

Documentation and team training. A setup only we can operate is a failed setup.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will there be downtime during migration?

The target for planned work is zero, or minutes: the new infrastructure runs in parallel, traffic switches after validation, and the old system stays available as a rollback for a while. Risky moments (DNS, database moves) are scheduled for low-traffic windows.

Which cloud provider do you recommend?

It depends. If you need managed services and ecosystem breadth, the big three (AWS/GCP/Azure); if the load is predictable, providers like Hetzner can run the same workload at 3-5× lower cost. We take no provider commissions — the only measures are your bill and your team's capacity to operate it.

We have no DevOps engineer — what happens after setup?

Two paths: a monthly operations agreement where we watch and maintain the system, or a setup deliberately kept simple enough for your team, handed over with training. We'll tell you plainly which one is realistic — declaring "handed over" when there's no one to hand to helps nobody.

Can you set up just CI/CD without touching our infrastructure?

Yes — it's the most common starting point. Automating the deployment pipeline without changing infrastructure is 2-3 weeks of work, and on its own visibly speeds up the team's delivery. Everything after that is optional.
