E-Commerce Solutions
Sales-focused stores, marketplace and ERP integrations — the whole operation in one panel.
Technologies we use
What problems do we solve?
If the same product is managed in three places — your own store and two marketplaces — if stock runs out in one channel and keeps selling in another, if accounting re-types orders into the ERP by hand: the problem isn't your design, it's your infrastructure. We build that infrastructure first: catalog, stock and orders in a single source of truth, with marketplaces, shipping and accounting connected to it.
The storefront itself has to sell, too: a page that takes three seconds to load and a four-step checkout quietly burn your ad budget.
What we build
- Custom e-commerce sites (B2C / B2B) — platform-based (Shopify) or custom (Medusa/Next.js); the choice is made on budget and operations, without bias.
- Marketplace integrations — Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon: products, stock and prices out; orders in, all in one panel.
- Payments, shipping, e-invoicing — iyzico / PayTR / virtual POS, carrier integrations and e-invoice/e-archive.
- ERP / accounting connection — two-way sync with Logo, Netsis, Mikro: orders flow to accounting, stock and prices flow to the store on their own.
- Platform migrations — from legacy platforms with full 301 redirect mapping so SEO value survives; sales keep running during the switch.
How we work
- Discovery (1 week) — catalog, order volume, existing systems and integration inventory. Deliverable: platform recommendation and a scoped proposal.
- Design (1-2 weeks) — mobile-first storefront with a stripped-down checkout.
- Build and integrate (2-6 weeks) — store, integrations, and end-to-end order tests on staging: real product, real shipping cost, a real return scenario.
- Launch and growth — go-live, measurement setup, conversion improvement rounds.
A standard store on a hosted platform opens in 3-6 weeks; integration-heavy B2B projects take 2-4 months.
Frequently asked questions
Hosted platform or custom build?
If catalog and campaign operations are standard, a hosted platform is faster and cheaper — the right start for most businesses even with its fees. If your pricing varies by dealer, your order flow is unusual, or you keep hitting platform limits, custom is the answer. We build both; at discovery we tell you which one is yours, with reasons.
Will sales stop during migration? Will we lose SEO?
No. The new site is built in parallel and switched over overnight; every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its new home, preserving rankings. A pre/post-migration SEO checklist is part of the deliverable.
What does a marketplace integration cover?
Product and variant mapping, stock/price updates flowing out, orders flowing in, and return/cancellation scenarios. Commission rates and category rules differ per marketplace, so mapping is done together, against your actual category tree.
Can we run it ourselves afterwards?
Yes — panel training and documentation are part of the delivery. Some clients keep a monthly support arrangement for campaign seasons and new integrations; both models work.
