This notice explains how we handle personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") for visitors of our website and users of our contact form.

What we collect, and when

Browsing our site requires no personal data. We only process the following when you submit the contact form:

• Full name
• E-mail address
• Company name (optional)
• Message content
• IP address (for security and abuse prevention)

Purpose and legal basis

This data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is the data controller's legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2 (f) — answering the request you submitted). Your data is not used for marketing and is never sold to third parties.

Data transfers

• Form submissions are delivered to our company mailbox via our e-mail infrastructure (SMTP service provider) so we can respond.
• The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile; during verification your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare (international transfer). Cloudflare's privacy policy is available on their website.

Retention

Form records are kept for as long as needed to answer your inquiry and any follow-up; IP records used for rate limiting are held briefly in server memory only and are not stored permanently.

Cookies

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only functional preferences are stored:

• Language preference (cookie)
• Light/dark theme preference (browser local storage)

Your rights under KVKK art. 11

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.
